  2. Once the order has been dispatched and tracking details are shared, cancellation is no longer possible.

    • Full Name

    • Phone Number

  4. Cancellation requests made via Instagram, WhatsApp, or SMS may be delayed. It is recommended to contact through email or phone.


πŸ“Œ Refund on Cancelled Orders

  1. If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the refund (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is taken in advance, so no refund is required.

  1. Orders may be auto-cancelled if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • The address/phone number is incomplete or incorrect

    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  2. In such cases, customers will be informed via email or phone.

  1. Cancellation is not allowed if:

    • The book has already been shipped

    • The order is under delivery attempt

    • The product is already delivered

  2. Refusing the package at delivery will be treated as "Return to Sender" and may result in deduction of shipping charges from refundable amount.
